After-sales Service

We manufacture products with a 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects and hidden defects. If the customer receives a product with a quality problem, please keep a record of it and contact us for after-sales service. Defects caused by poor assembly, improper use, wear and tear or aging, colour/material changes with natural product use and/or maintenance different from that specified by the manufacturer are not covered by this warranty.

  • Minimum Order Quantity

    The MOQ for accessories is 500 units or more; for bulk orders, we can negotiate with our clients.

  • Colors

    Black is our regular stock color;custom colors require a minimum order of 800-1000 units.

  • Inventory

    We keep some inventory products, which vary daily in color and quantity; orders for inventory products can only be reserved upon receiving a deposit.

  • Production and Delivery

    Production is arranged after receiving a deposit;our accessories have a delivery cycle of within 30 days, with production cycles possibly varying between off-peak and peak seasons.

  • Shipping Services

    We offer global delivery services, including Asia, Europe, Africa, North America, South America, and Oceania;orders can be shipped via sea, air, train, and express courier.

  • Samples

    We provide free samples, with shipping costs borne by the customer, but they are refunded after placing an order.

Within our after-sales service system, the components section is specifically designed to meet the diverse needs of our customers.
We offer a wide range of chair accessories, including but not limited to gas lifts, casters, armrests, backrest supports, footrests, and headrests. Whether for product upgrades or replacement repairs, we can respond quickly to provide you with convenient and efficient solutions.
